Kim K. Romeo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University in 1980. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982. She has been a member of the Holy Family Church Finance Committee since the year 2000 and was chair of the committee 2010-2017. Kim is also on the Board of Trustees of the Blackburn Home for Senior Living located in Poland, Ohio. She and Fred have two children, William (Freddie) and Sam.

Frederick J. Romeo, Jr. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University in 1980. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1986. He is currently Treasurer of the Dave Pavlansky Scholarship Fund.

Upon graduation from Youngstown State University, Kim & Fred went to work for Kim’s late father, R.William Kibler, at Kibler & Associates, CPAs. In August, 1983, Kim’s father passed away and Kim & Fred continued practicing under the name Kibler & Associates,CPAs until 1987, when the firm name was changed to Romeo & Associates, CPAs.
